Prohibited Destinations and Recipients
1. Any country that is subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations, including but not limited to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”) under 15 C.F.R. Parts 730-774, the sanctions regimes of the U.S. Department of Treasury, Office of Foreign Asset Controls (“OFAC”), the European Union (EU) dual use export control regulation, Reg. 428/2009, as amended, the United Kingdom (UK) export control regime, and the export and import laws of any other applicable jurisdictions.
2. Any person or entity listed on the Entity List or Denied Persons List maintained by the US Department of Commerce, or the List of Specifically Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons maintained by the US Department of Treasury, or the equivalent lists published by either the UK, EU or other applicable jurisdictions.
3. Any country having a weapon (arms) embargo issued by the UN, the OSCE, the EU or the US Government.
4. Any denied person under the EU or US laws.
