Hilary is a high-performing senior legal counsel with c.30 years post qualification experience, including 5 years as a commercial litigator in private practice, 4 and a half years as a self-employed legal consultant, and twenty years’ in-house commercial experience acting as Senior Corporate Counsel, Sole Counsel, and General Counsel across a wide range of well know and prestigious technology companies (such as ARM Ltd, nCipher, Cambridge Display Technology Ltd).
