For this role, we are looking for a candidate to join the company’s global sales team providing co-ordination and support to our field staff by creating, evaluating, and optimising data and sales tools to ensure the company’s sales process is efficient, as well as managing all sales administration tasks. The Sales Operations Controller has accountability for customer and licensee order fulfilment including, on time delivery, outbound communication, and co-ordination of support requests across CTT’s e-commerce, CRM and ERP systems platforms.

The successful candidate must both collaborate effectively as part of a  highly-skilled multi-disciplinary team , proactively planning and executing their own work with minimal supervision. We’re seeking highly motivated and self-starting problem solvers who have a natural desire to innovate and get the job done, whatever it takes.

As a Sales Operations Controller the key skills and qualities required are:

  • Be educated to degree level or equivalent, ideally in a business-related discipline.
  • 3+ years of business administration experience
  • Excellent multi-tasker who has strong time and project management skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented leader who drives process improvements to increase effectiveness of the team.
  • Quantitatively minded with an eye towards developing a metrics focused culture
  • Exceptional analytical and organisational skills, coupled with attention to detail
  • Curiosity and desire to learn new skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English, with clear communication skills and an understanding of good documentation practices

And some beneficial skills (not essential) may involve:

  • Previous sales experience
  • Managing teams from multiple locations
  • Experience with shipping and knowledge of incoterms
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of CRM systems
