For this role, we are looking for an Analogue / Mixed-signal IC design engineer with either 5+ years of industry experience in a semiconductor or an OEM company, or 2+ years of industry experience and a relevant PhD. This is a very hands-on position, and you will be primarily involved in system behavioral modeling, design of low power, low noise precision analogue integrated circuits such as op amps, analog low pass filters, A/D converters, multi-channel data acquisition system as well as analogue custom layout. You will also be getting involved in the evaluation and debugging of the Silicon for complete test and verification. We’re seeking highly motivated and self-starting problem solvers who have a natural desire to innovate and get the job done, whatever it takes.

As ASIC Engineer the key skills and qualities required are:

  • Analogue / Mixed-Signal IC Design
  • Excellent Silicon debugging capabilities for complete test and verification
  • Tape-out experience

Nice-to-have skills:

  • CMOS design experience in 0.13um and 0.18um processes (or more advanced technologies)
  • Custom Layout experience is a definite requirement
  • System behavioral modeling with Verilog-A and ideal circuit components in AnalogLib is a definite requirement
  • Exposure to digital or mixed-signal design is a plus
  • Previous experience with touch and display systems a definite plus
  • Knowledge of Mixed-Signal design EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Synopsys Custom Compiler, Spice Simulators, MATLAB and Verilog / VHDL is required
  • A track record of patents or publications is a definite plus
